4. Content Restrictions

Prohibited Sites:
Do not place BetJets marketing materials on sites that offer unauthorized access to copyrighted content or that engage in illegal activities.

5. Promotional Integrity

Accurate Promotions:
All promotional offers must accurately reflect the associated terms and conditions. Essential information must be clearly stated or linked directly within the offer.

6. Independent Operation

Clarity of Relationship:
Marketing must clearly indicate that affiliates operate independently from BetJets and are not direct representatives of the brand.

7. Responsible Content

No Misleading Guarantees:
Avoid suggesting guaranteed success in any betting-related content or tips.

Age-Sensitive Marketing:
Do not use marketing that appeals to or features individuals under the age of 25.

8. Social Media Conduct

Ensure that all social media marketing includes age restrictions clearly stated in the profile or bio sections.

9. Direct Marketing Controls

Controlled Direct Marketing:
Any direct marketing efforts must receive prior written consent from BetJets.

10. Ethical Marketing Practices
